Abstract text:
The thickness of the heat insulation optimization imposes the introduction of following parameters: a) Cooling degree-days, determinate in function of exterior air temperature and of the cooling rooms specific; b) Exploitation index which depends on the correction coefficients and on the number of degree-days, installation efficiency and exploitation conditions for cooling rooms; c) The invested capital pay-off factor, which in account the invested capital interest and liquidation for as certain period stipulated by in force legislation.
