Abstract text:
Residential construction projects are currently in high expansion, both nationally and internationally, due to individuals fundamental need to have access to accommodation, as well as to the liberalization of loan facility, both for the buyer and the investor. In a competitive market, where the demand and offer hold a large share, it is mandatory that for investments in residential complexes, sub-branch of construction industry, to implement a vast controll-management system and to ellaborate performant optimization execution supervision programmes, so as to meet investor’s objectives and beneficiary's requirements.
